Law and Order SVU
There is just something about this show that I can't get enough of. Oh and when they have an all day marathon; I'm right there on the couch watching every minute. However, all the plans I have for that day kind of get rescheduled. To get an idea of how much I like it; it is sort of like chocolate and I can't go very long without that. I like it because the main characters are great together, they are very strong characters, and they always get the bad guy. I like watching programs like this because the bad guy is always caught, not like in reality the bad guy some times gets away and then people are left wondering. This show is a guarantee that justice will be served. It also keeps you guessing on who the bad guy or girl could be and sometimes it's the person who you least expect. The funny thing about this is that I got my boyfriend hooked on it as well and together we try to figure out who it is. He now complains because he too is letting stuff wait to be done because the show has come on. However, this is not all I watch; I do watch other shows, but not as much as I watch Law and Order. It is sort of an addiction, and the one thing being affected is my sleep because it comes on at eight for two hours on USA and again on channel 4 at 11.

Oh my gosh!!! I am the same way too. When Monk is on all day I find myself glued to the tv set. I will put everyhting off the next day. Then, I will regret it coz now I am a day behind.
I do think that Law and Order SVU is very interesting as well. I never watched it until my husband got hooked on it. When I have time and see that it is on I do turn to it to check it out.
My Father-In-Law, George loves those two shows.
In fact He watches them all day long. Some of the more bloody one I do not like, but when I am staying with them I have to watch.
There some SVU that I like better than Law and Order.
Some of the topics that they deal with are very intesting. Ethics, Helsinki, Declaration and Genetic Illnesses. A mother drowned her baby because of Geneic disease and the older the child got the worse she would suffer so the mother gave a baby lethal dose of medicine and wrap the baby in a basket and put it the river. The body is discovered and the investigation starts. I got wraped up in that one. That one was good and it was not too morbid.
